This feedback aims to provide my impressions about the performance of Gianpierre as a software engineer, considering I was his associate manager in Wizeline. Gianpierre is an engineer with strong technical skills, mature and experienced. He is a reliable contributor who knows how to work as a part of a team and become a referent for others. He could be a good mentor for his peers. Based on our interactions and the feedback he has received in Wizeline, he is a fast learner who is always looking to expand his knowledge. Also, his analytical skills enable him to propose different ways to do things, always following best practices.

It’s been a pleasure working with Gian, he is a very committed and responsible person, always willing to solve challenges that are presented to him or trying to find or learn new solutions when he needs to. And the Most important thing of all he is a great person, partner and is always there to help others without asking anything in return.
